How does the security deposit work?
At the start of the rental, a security hold is placed on your credit card. This amount is not a charge and will be automatically released once the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was received.
What is the fuel policy for the vehicles?
We operate on a 'Full-to-Full' fuel policy. You will receive the car with a full tank of fuel and are expected to return it full. This ensures you only pay for the fuel you actually use during your rental period.
